CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns higher as gold miners rally

TORONTO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
erased an early loss and moved into positive territory on
Friday as Barrick Gold Corp (ABX.TO: 行情) and other gold miners
rallied around record high gold prices.

At 9:42 a.m. (1442 GMT), the S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE was up 8.05 points, or 0.07 percent, at 11,188.75.

Earlier, it fell as much as 82 points on disappointing
Canadian and U.S. jobs data.
