| Barnes, Tracey |
Ms. Tracey Barnes has served as Group Finance Director and Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd since March 2012. She joined the Company as Director on February 16, 2012. She joined Diageo in 1998 in Finance, and, after a short period at head office, she became Operational Finance Director of Diageo in the Netherlands, Ireland and North America, working closely with Sales and Marketing, as well as with Supply for both spirits and beer business. Before joining Diageo, she worked as Regional Finance manager and Divisional Finance Director in Eastman Kodak, based in the United Kingdom. She trained as Auditor and Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Ms. Barnes holds a Master of Arts degree in Biochemistry from the Oxford University (University of Oxford). |
| Blazquez, Nick |
Dr. Nick Blazquez has served as Group Deputy Chairman of East African Breweries Ltd since August 2005. He is Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees of the Company. Additionally, he is also Non-Executive Director of both Mercy Corps (the United Kingdom) and Millennium Promise (the United Kingdom). Dr. Blazquez is President of Diageo Africa and Member of the Diageo Executive Committee. He has worked with Diageo for 20 years in senior roles in Asia and Europe. He stepped down as Chairman of Private Investors in Africa. Dr. Blazquez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Aberdeen, and a Ph.D. (Doctorate in Philosophy) degree from the University of Bristol. |

Mr. Mark Bomani has been Non-Executive Director at East African Breweries Ltd since May 19, 2011. He is also Member of the Corporate Governance Committee and of Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is Advocate in private practice in Tanzania specializing in the provision of consultancies in corporate law, arbitration, conveyancing, and constitutional law. Mr. Bomani was the Attorney General of Tanzania for 11 years. During his professional career, he was Senior Legal Adviser to the Government of Namibia and was a part time Judge of the Court of Appeal of Tanzania. Mr. Bomani holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the Makerere College, Kampala (the University of London) in History, Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the London University (the University of London). |

Ms. Constance Wangui Gakonyo has been Non-Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd since July 16, 2009. Additionally, she is Entrepreneur and sits on the Boards of REAL Insurance Co. Ltd (Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique), Parapet Limited and Home Afrika Limited. She has held various positions including Legal Consultant for the performance management portfolio for the Africa/Asia region for SABMiller, Strategic Resources Director of Nile Breweries based in Uganda and Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Castle Brewing Kenya Ltd, among others. During her professional career, she was also Group Executive Director of the REAL Insurance Group of companies at Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique. Ms. Gakonyo is Member of the Law Society of Kenya, CPS and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds an LLB degree, a Diploma in Law, an MBA in Strategic Management. She is also Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee as well as Member of the Nominations Committee of the Company. |

Ms. Susan Githuku has served as Non-Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd since February 16, 2012. She is also Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. She is Founder and CEO of Human Performance Dynamics (HPD) Africa, a boutique Organizational Development & Human Resources consulting firm. Prior to establishing HPD Africa, she served as Coca-Cola Africa Group Human Resources (HR) Director in charge of all the countries in Africa. Ms. Githuku is also Founder of Footprints Press Limited, a publishing house. She holds a Masters degree in Development Economics from the Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland (University of Strathclyde) and Bachelors degrees in Economics and Psychology from the St. Lawrence University, New York, the United States. |

Mr. Devlin Marc Hainsworth served as Group Managing Director and CEO, Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd from May 24, 2012 until March 31, 2013. He joined Diageo in August 1999 as Managing Director, Guiness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL). In 2007, he was appointed to the position ogf Africa BST Transformation Director at Diageo. He was then appointed Managing Director of Guinness Nigeria PLC and Chairman of Diageo Brands Nigeria. Before joining GGBL, Mr. Hainsworth worked with SmithKline Beecham and H J Heinz. Ms. Siobhan Moriarty has served as Non-Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd since February 16, 2012. She is also member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Company. She is Lawyer and General Counsel for Diageo Europe Region, as well as Solicitor in both the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales. She held various positions in Law Firm private practice in Dublin and London and in industry, before joining Diageo in 1997. During her 15 years with Diageo, she has worked in a number of roles, including Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Counsel, Regional Counsel Ireland, before taking on responsibility for leadership of legal matters in Europe. She is Member of the Western Europe market executive team and also has oversight of the emerging markets of Russia & Eastern Europe and Turkey. Mr. Charles Muchene has been Independent Non-Executive Group Chairman of East African Breweries Ltd since February 2012. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee. Mr. Muchene also serves on the Boards of CfC Stanbic Holdings Limited and CfC Stanbic Bank Limited, as well as on the Boards of a number of private companies. Previously, he was Non-Executive Director at East African Breweries Ltd from February 17, 2011 to February 2012. Prior to this appointment, he was Country Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Kenya, a position he served for 11 years. He was one of the Founders and Chairman of the East African Business Summit. During his professional career, he was also Member of the Disclosure Standards Committee of the Capital Markets Authority in Kenya. Mr. Muchene is also Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and Member of the Institute of Directors. Since, 2011, Ms. Ngobi has been Director of CFC Stanbic Holdings Limited and of CFC Stanbic Bank Limited. Since 2002, she has been Company Secretary of British American Tobacco Kenya Limited (BAT) and its subsidiaries and prior to this, she served at BAT as Legal Counsel and thereafter as an external contractor. Prior to joining BAT, she spent five years as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Unilever Kenya Limited. Ms. Ngobi is Member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries Society of Kenya. Ms. Ngobi obtained an LLB degree from the University of Kent. |

Dr. Martin L. Oduor-Otieno has served as Director of East African Breweries Ltd since February 8, 2013. He has gained financial and management experience in both public and private sectors. Mr. Oduor-Otieno was Chief Executive officer of Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) from 2007 until January, 2013. He worked with Barclays Bank and British American Tobacco before joining KCB in October 2005 as Deputy Chief Executive, and later becoming the CEO of KCB in May 2007. He also served as Permanent Secretary in Kenya's Ministry of Finance. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Business Leadership degree by KCA University and the National Recognition of the First Class Order of the Chief of the Burning Spear (CBS) by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya. He is Fellow of both the Kenya Institute of Bankers and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He is also Certified Public Secretary. Mr. Oduor-Otieno obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and also received an Executive MBA degree from the ESAMI/Maastricht Business School (ESAMI Business School). |

Dr. Alan Shonubi has served as Non-Executive Director of East African Breweries Ltd since July 16, 2009. He is also Member of the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committees of the Company. Additionally, he is Chairman of the National Liberty of Uganda and of Uganda Breweries Limited. He is Director in several private companies, including Uganda Baati Limited, Golf Course Holdings (Garden City), AAR Health Services and Interswitch Uganda Limited. In 1986, he was enrolled as Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. Dr. Shonubi is Founding Partner of the firm of Shonubi, Musoke Advocates. He has worked with Uganda Co-operative Bank as Senior Legal Officer and with Sun International Insurance. He has attended the International Development Law Institute and was President of the East Africa Law Society and Chairman of the National Library of Uganda. He is Former President of the East Africa Law Society. He holds a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre and is Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public. |
