CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as energy, mining shares gain

Nov 21 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher on Wednesday as oil rebounded from a record low in the last one year boosting energy shares, while rising gold prices pushed shares of precious metal miners up.
