CANADA STOCKS-TSX slips from record high as oil, gold stocks weigh

Jan 21 (Reuters) - Losses in energy and gold stocks on Tuesday pushed Canada's main stock index away from an all-time high, amid a global downturn in sentiment on concerns over a virus outbreak in China.

* At 09:32 a.m. ET (14:32 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 45.91 points, or 0.26%, at 17,551.48.
