CANADA STOCKS-Energy stocks, upbeat jobs data lift Toronto index

Sept 10 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index opened higher on Friday as a rise in oil prices lifted energy stocks, while government data showing a drop in unemployment rate in August further lifted sentiment.
