CANADA STOCKS-TSX lower ahead of Bank of Canada rate decision

Sept 5(Reuters) - Canada's main stock index fell on Wednesday led by declines in energy stocks which fell in tandem with oil prices and ahead of a Bank of Canada interest rate decision.
