CANADA STOCKS-TSX dips at open as trade tensions weigh

July 2(Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened slightly lower on Friday following a sharp escalation in U.S.-China trade row but stabilizing oil prices lifted energy stocks, keeping losses in check.
