N.Korean foreign ministry delegation left for China on Thurs -KCNA

SEOUL, Feb 28 (Reuters) - A North Korean delegation led by Vice Minister Ri Kil-Song has left for China, the Korean Central News Agency said on Thursday after a summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ended without an agreement in Vietnam.
