Jan 10 (Reuters) - No. 2 U.S. homebuilder Lennar Corp reported a 12.1 percent rise in quarterly revenue as it sold more homes at higher prices, and said orders rose 11.5 percent.
Total revenue rose to $3.79 billion.
Net income attributable to Lennar fell to $309.6 million, or $1.29 per share, for the fourth quarter ended Nov. 30, from $313.5 million, or $1.31 per share, a year earlier. (Reporting by Ankit Ajmera in Bengaluru; Editing by Saumyadeb Chakrabarty)
