ZURICH, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Assets under management at Liechtenstein’s LGT Bank rose 19 percent in the first six months of 2017 to 181 billion Swiss francs ($189.5 billion), boosted by its acquisition of ABN Amro’s private banking operations in Asia and the Middle East.

“Net asset inflows totalled 9.6 billion francs in the first half of 2017, with an additional contribution of 18.2 billion francs to asset growth attributable to acquisitions,” Vaduz-based LGT said in a statement on Tuesday.

Overall, LGT posted first-half group profit of 151.8 million francs, up 22 percent year on year.
