Premier Foods CEO Darby set to survive vote to replace him by narrow margin

LONDON, July 18 (Reuters) - Premier Foods Chief Executive Gavin Darby has received the support of 58.92 percent of proxy votes counted ahead of Wednesday's annual general meeting, with 41.07 percent of shareholders voting against his re-election.
