Russia's Putin to discuss economy with c.bank governor after rate decision - Kremlin

MOSCOW, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss the state of the economy with Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina and Kremlin aide Maxim Oreshkin on Friday, the Kremlin said.

Russia’s central bank is due to make a decision on interest rates at 1030 GMT. It is likely to keep its key rate at 4.25% ahead of the U.S. presidential election and following a slide in the rouble on concerns over geopolitical developments, a Reuters poll showed.
