U.S. 30-year mortgage rates hit 4-year high - Freddie Mac

NEW YORK, April 19 (Reuters) - Interest rates on U.S. 30-year fixed-rate mortgages rose to their highest levels in more than four years in step with a jump in bond yields, Freddie Mac said on Thursday.

Thirty-year mortgage rates averaged 4.47 percent in the week ended April 19, which was their highest since January 2014 and above prior week's 4.42 percent, the U.S. mortgage finance agency said. (Reporting by Richard Leong)
