About Gold Road Resources Ltd

Gold Road Resources Limited is engaged in mine operations through a non-operated joint venture10, sale of gold and mineral exploration. The Company segment includes Development and Production, and Exploration. Its Development and Production segment consisting of the Gruyere joint operation with Gold Fields. Its Exploration segment includes the activities on all mineral exploration, including all joint venture tenements. The Company’s projects include Gruyere Gold Mine and the Golden Highway. Its discovery includes Yamarna Belt and Yandina Project. Its Gruyere Gold Mine is located approximately 1,200 kilometers north-east of Perth in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields, is a 50:50 joint venture between Gold Road and Gruyere Mining Company Pty Ltd. Its Golden Highway is located approximately 25 kilometers west of the Gruyere Gold Mine on the western side of the Yamarna Greenstone Belt. Yamarna Belt is located approximately 200 kilometres east of Laverton in Western Australia.
