Vantage Towers, the mobile infrastructure company spun out of Vodafone Group, on Wednesday announced its intention to float on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by the end of March.
Vantage Towers, the infrastructure business spun out by Vodafone, said on Monday it had expanded its tower portfolio as it confirmed its outlook ahead of its expected initial public offering in Frankfurt.
Vodafone's Vantage Towers infrastructure company reaffirmed its target to produce pro-forma free cash flow of 375-385 million euros in the 2021 financial year in an update ahead of its listing as a standalone company in Frankfurt.
