May 23 Canada's main stock index dropped for a
second day on Thursday, as prices of crude, one of the country's
major exports, tumbled and pressured energy stocks.

climbed on tighter supplies.

the deals said.
CALGARY, Alberta, March 18 The Canadian
oil-producing province of Alberta will increase crude production
limits by 25,000 barrels per day in May and a further 25,000 bpd
in June, the government said on Monday.
